Agen338 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By registering an account with agen338 or using any of our services, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance is binding and takes effect from the date of your account registration or the date of your first use of the agen338 platform, whichever is earlier.

Agen338 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the agen338 platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

3. User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold and operate one (1) account only on the agen338 platform. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed and any funds within them being forfeited.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your agen338 account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
• Ensuring that all information provided during registration and subsequent updates is accurate, complete, and current.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the platform agen338 conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) only. Accepted payment methods for deposits are as follows:

• DuitNow (including DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer)
• Boost eWallet

The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set, except for any limits imposed by the payment provider itself. Deposited funds will be credited to your agen338 wallet within two (2) minutes of a successful transaction.

For withdrawals, the minimum amount per request is RM50. Withdrawals are processed in under 15 minutes to the bank account or Malaysian e-wallet registered in your agen338 profile. agen338 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing high-value withdrawals.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Agen338 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated for each promotion. The general conditions applicable to all agen338 bonuses are as follows:

• Every user is eligible to receive a welcome bonus one time only for the lifetime of their account.
• Any bonus credited to your agen338 account must meet the stated wagering requirement before it can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• Bonus funds may not be used on games excluded from the wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
